For anything involving money, write to team@sythra.ai from the email address on your account and include the date and amount of the charge. Our cancellation and refund policy sets out what we refund and how long it takes.

Charges in currencies other than the Indian rupee are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record and appear on your statement under that name. If a Sythra charge looks unfamiliar, that is usually why — email us before disputing it and we can resolve it the same day.

If you have found a vulnerability, email team@sythra.ai with the subject line “Security” and enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.

We will not pursue action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access or damage other users' data while finding it.
